How can I track my TLS visa status?
If you applied for your Schengen Visa at a TLS application center, then you can use the online tracking tool on their website (tlscontact.com) to track your Schengen Visa application. To obtain information about your status, you will need to log into the TLS account you set up when you made your initial application.
You can also track your visa application status online. Use the Reference Number present on the invoice/receipt issued by the Visa Application Centre along with your last name to access this service.

In order to book an appointment at one visa centre and track your visa application process, please create your personal user account, and activate your account by clicking the provided link in the email sent to you.

How long does TLS visa appointment take?
The appointment is available within 48 hours (working days), but it may take longer during the high season. Once visa applications have been transferred to the consular authority, the processing time is from 2 working days up to 15 working days.
April 2022 Update: Priority and super priority visa services have been temporarily suspended for new study, work and family visa applications made outside the UK to join family in the UK. Standard visitor visa applications are currently taking on average 6 weeks to process.

What are the chances of UK visa rejection? The current refusal rate for UK visa applications is around 15%, with some categories experiencing an even higher rate of refusals, such as Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa, having a 50% visa rejection rate.

How do I track my UK visa application GWF?
- Visit the British Consulate website for your city or log in to VFS Global.
- Provide the tracking ID you received through SMS and email after your visa application.
- Next, enter your date of birth in YYYY-MM-DD format and the captcha text.
- Click on “Submit”.
How to track the visa status with a GWF number. You need to share your GWF number to check the status of your visa application with the UK visa service centre via SMS or email. The UK visa and Immigration department won't be able to give you an update on your visa status without a GWF given at the time of submission.
